1. Pumpkin bread
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
