Drizzle, dip, or pour — these homemade sauces do it all!

1. 5-minute Hot Fudge Sauce 

Ingredients:
1 can (396g) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted. 

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted.

Place hot fudge in a jar. Use while hot.

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. To reheat: place jar in microwave and heat in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth

Classic Uses:
Ice Cream Sundaes, Brownies,Cheesecake Topping, Banana Splits, Milkshakes, Dip for Fruit, Spread on Toast or Pancakes, Stir into Hot Milk or Coffee, Donut or Croissant Glaze. Enjoy!

2. Salted Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed 
½ cup heavy cream, room temperature
1 teaspoon sea salt. adjust to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra depth)

Instructions:
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon or heatproof spatula as it melts into a golden-brown liquid. This can take about 5-7 minutes.

Once the sugar is fully melted, carefully add the butter, piece by piece. Stir continuously; it will bubble up—this is normal!

Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring. The mixture will bubble vigorously, so be careful. Continue stirring until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Remove from heat and stir in sea salt and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.

Let the caramel cool slightly before transferring to a glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Warm slightly before using.

Uses:
Drizzle over ice cream, brownies, or pancakes.
Stir into coffee or hot chocolate.
Use as a dip for apples or pretzels.

3. Mango Dessert Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1½ cups ripe mango (fresh or frozen, diced)
2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1–2 tbsp lime juice 
2–4 tbsp water 

Instructions:
Combine mango, sugar/honey, lime juice, and 2 tbsp water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Pour the puree into a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 3–5 minutes to enhance the flavor and thicken slightly.
Let it cool, then drizzle over your dessert or store in the fridge for up to 5 days. 
Perfect for drizzling over ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes, or yogurt

4. Pineapple Dessert Sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or canned pineapple (crushed or finely chopped)
1/2 cup pineapple juice (use from the can if using canned pineapple)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)
1 tbsp water (to mix with cornstarch)
1 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional, to brighten flavor)
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine pineapple, juice, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water. Stir into the sauce and cook for 2–3 more minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in lemon/lime juice if using. Let it cool slightly before serving.
