๐ธ Sooji Halwa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina (sooji/rava)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
2 cups milk or water (or half-half)
Mixed nuts and raisins (cashew, almond, etc.)

๐ช Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a heavy pan on medium flame.
2. Add semolina and roast until it turns golden and aromatic (about 5–7 minutes).
3. In another pot, boil milk/water and keep it hot.
4. Slowly pour hot liquid into the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
5. Add sugar and mix well until dissolved and the halwa thickens.
6. Stir in nuts and raisins, cook for another 2–3 minutes.
7. Serve warm, garnished with extra ghee or nuts if desired.
