Homemade, pantry-ready, and packed with flavor — six seasoning blends you’ll use again and again!

1. Homemade Steak Seasoning Mix

Ingredients:
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.
3. Use 1–2 tsp per steak, rubbing it evenly on both sides before cooking.

Tips:
Let the seasoned steak sit at room temp for 30–60 minutes before grilling — flavor penetrates better.
Can double as a seasoning for roasted veggies or grilled chicken.

2. Homemade Rotisserie Seasoning Mix

Ingredients:
2 tbsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for a little heat)
1 tsp sugar (optional, helps with browning)

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
2. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.
3. Rub generously on a whole chicken, chicken parts, or even turkey before roasting or grilling.

Tips:
For extra flavor, mix the seasoning with a little olive oil to make a paste before rubbing on the meat.

3. Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix
(Perfect for beef, chicken, shrimp, or roasted veggies)

Ingredients:
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp paprika (use smoked for extra flavor)
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1½ tsp dried oregano
1½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.
3. Use 2–3 tablespoons per pound of meat or veggies — adjust for taste.

4. Homemade Burger Seasoning Mix

Ingredients:
2 tbsp paprika (regular or smoked)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1½ tsp brown sugar (optional, for caramelization)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a little kick)

Instructions:

1 tbsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra kick)

Instructions:

3. Use 1–2 teaspoons per pound of meat, seafood, or veggies — or sprinkle as needed.

Tips:

Ingredients:

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
