📝 Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Oil (for frying)

👩🍳 Method:
1. Make Sugar Syrup:
Heat 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water until it dissolves.
Boil for 1–2 minutes until slightly sticky (1-string consistency). Keep aside.
2. Prepare Dough:
In a bowl, mix flour, cardamom powder, and ghee.
Add milk gradually and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Roll & Cut:
Roll out the dough into a medium-thick sheet.
Cut into small diamond shapes using a knife.
4. Fry:
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry shakarpara pieces until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.
5. Coat with Syrup:
Transfer fried shakarpara into warm sugar syrup.
Mix well until evenly coated with sugar crystals.
6. Cool & Store:
Spread on a plate to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
