🔶Recipe to make besan scream is as follows:
🔶Material:
- Besan (chana flour) - 1 cup
- Water - as per requirement
- Green Chilli - 1-2 (Thinly chopped)
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped )
- Green Coriander - Slightly (Thinly Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch slice (chopped or pumpkin)
- Red pepper powder - half spoon
- Turmeric powder - half spoon
- Ajmod - as per requirement
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - To Fry
🔶Base Vidhi:
1. Take besan in a bowl. Prepare the ghoul while pouring water in it to become a dark but slippery mix.
2. Add green pepper, onion, green coriander, ginger, red pepper powder, turmeric, salt.
3. Heat up a tawa or non-stick tawa. Put some oil on it.
4. Make the mixture small balls and spread over the tave.
5. Bake until golden from both sides on slow flame.
6. When the scream becomes crispy and golden, take it out on the plate.
7. Serve hot chilla with green sauce or tomato sauce.
🔶Recipe for Oats Scream is as follows:
🔶Material:
- Oats (prove or fine) - 1 cup
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Green Chilli - 1-2 (Thinly chopped)
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped )
- Green Coriander - Slightly (Thinly Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch slice (pumpkin done)
- Red pepper powder - half spoon
- Turmeric powder - half spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as per requirement
- Oil - To Fry
🔶Base method:
1. Grind fine by putting oats in the mixer. If you're using proven oats make them a few months.
2. Mix grated oats, yogurt, green peppers, onions, green coriander, ginger, red pepper powder, turmeric and salt in a pot.
3. Pour water as needed so that it becomes thin batter. Batter's consistency should be so much that it can easily spread on tawe.
4. Heat the tawa and add some oil on it.
5. Make small pills from batter and spread it on the tave.
6. Bake until golden and crispy from both sides on slow flame.
7. When the oats yell becomes golden and crisp, take it out on the plate.
8. Serve hot with green sauce or tomato sauce.

🔶Material:
- Angry Flour - 1 Cup
- Water - as per requirement
- Green Chilli - 1-2 (Thinly chopped)
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped )
- Green Coriander - Slightly (Thinly Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch slice (chopped or pumpkin)
- Red pepper powder - half spoon
- Turmeric powder - half spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - To Fry

1. Remove ragi flour in a large pot. Pour some water into it and make a dark ghol. Keep in mind that the ghoul is not too thin or too dark.

4. Make small balls out of mix, spread on the tave and press lightly.
5. Bake until golden and crisp from both sides on slow flame.

- Turmeric Powder - Half spoon (optional)
- Oil - To Fry

1. Wash the moong lentils thoroughly and soak for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
2. Remove lentil water after soaking and put it in the mixer. Grind fine by adding green peppers, ginger, and some water. Keep in mind that the batter remains dark.
3. Add onion, green coriander, salt and turmeric to this paste.
4. Heat up a tawa or non-stick tawa. Put some oil on that.
5. Make small pills from batter and spread on the tave and press lightly.
6. Bake until golden and crisp from both sides on slow flame.
7. When the moong lentil scream turns golden and crispy, take it out and put it on the plate.
8. Serve hot moong dal chilla with green sauce or tomato sauce.

- Rice - 1 cup (roasted or soaked)
- Green Chilli - 1-2 (Thinly chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch slice (chopped or pumpkin)
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped )
- Green Coriander - Slightly (Thinly Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as per requirement
- Oil - To Fry

1. If you are using soaked rice, wash rice well with water and then soak at least 2-3 hours.
2. Remove the soaked rice and put it in the mixer. Make smooth paste by adding green chillies, ginger and some water. If you're using roasted rice, you can grind it too.
3. Add onion, green coriander, salt to this paste and add some water if needed so the batter is thick but stretchable.
4. Heat a tawa and add some oil on it.
5. Make small pills from batter and spread on the tave and press lightly.
6. Bake until golden and crisp from both sides on slow flame.
7. When the rice scream turns golden and crispy, take it out and put it on the plate.
8. Serve hot rice chutney with green sauce or tomato sauce.

- Soy Bean - 1 cup (dry or roasted)
- Green Chilli - 1-2 (Thinly chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch slice (chopped or pumpkin)
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped )
- Green Coriander - Slightly (Thinly Chopped)
- Red pepper powder - half spoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as per requirement
- Oil - To Fry

1. Wash the soya bean thoroughly and if dry soak for a while. Then grind dry or roasted soya bean thinly or grind.
2. Add green peppers, ginger, onions, green coriander, red pepper powder and salt to this grinded soya.
3. Make thick but expandable batter by adding water as needed.
4. Heat a tawa and add some oil on it.
5. Make small pills from batter and spread on the tave and press lightly.
6. Bake until golden and crisp from both sides on slow flame.
7. When the soya scream becomes golden and crisp, take it out and put it on the plate.
8. Serve hot soya chilla with green sauce or tomato sauce.
