Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 800g (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
4. Simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
🧄 Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
• 60g (1/4 cup) butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 240ml (1 cup) heavy cream
• 100g (1 cup) grated Parmesan
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, cook for 1–2 minutes.
3. Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Mix in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
🍯 Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
• 120ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
• 60ml (1/4 cup) water
• 50g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, and ginger.
2. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
3. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
🔥 BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
• 240ml (1 cup) ketchup
• 60ml (1/4 cup) apple cider vinegar
• 60g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
