๐ฆ Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 500ml (2 cups) heavy cream
• 300ml (1 1/4 cups) whole milk
• 150g (3/4 cup) sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and half of the cream. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
2. Remove from heat, stir in remaining cream and vanilla extract.
3. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
4. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until thick.
5. Freeze for 4–6 hours before serving.
๐ฆ Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 500ml (2 cups) heavy cream
• 240ml (1 cup) whole milk
• 200g (1 cup) sugar
• 40g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, whisk milk, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
2. Add cream and vanilla, mix well.
3. Chill mixture for 2 hours.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker until creamy.
5. Freeze for 4–6 hours before scooping.
๐ฆ Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 500ml (2 cups) heavy cream
• 240ml (1 cup) whole milk
• 150g (3/4 cup) sugar
• 400g (3 cups) fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions:
1. Puree strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar and lemon juice (optional) until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cream, milk, and remaining sugar.
3. Stir in strawberry puree.
4. Chill mixture for at least 2 hours.
5. Churn in an ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
๐ฆ Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 500ml (2 cups) heavy cream
• 240ml (1 cup) whole milk
• 200g (1 cup) sugar
• 2 tsp mint extract
• 100g (2/3 cup) chocolate chips
• A few drops green food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, warm milk and sugar until dissolved.
2. Add cream, mint extract, and coloring. Stir well.
3. Chill mixture for 2 hours.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker until soft.
5. Stir in chocolate chips, then freeze until set.
