Ingredients
2 tbsp rice
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi)
1 cup water
2 tbsp coconut oil (or any carrier oil like olive/almond oil)
Few drops of vitamin E oil (optional, for extra nourishment)
Method
1. Boil the base
In a saucepan, add rice, flax seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and nigella seeds.
Pour in 1 cup water and boil on low flame until the water reduces to half and turns slightly sticky.
2. Strain the serum
Let it cool a bit, then strain the liquid using a muslin cloth or fine sieve.
You’ll get a light, gel-like consistency.
3. Enrich with oils
Add coconut oil (or your chosen oil) and mix well.
If you like, add 3–4 drops of vitamin E oil for extra shine and protection.
4. Store properly
Transfer into a clean glass bottle.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 7–10 days.
How to Use
Take a few drops of serum and apply to scalp and hair strands after washing.
Massage gently and leave it on (no need to rinse).
Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
✨ This serum helps reduce hair fall, promotes growth, controls frizz, and adds natural shine.
