Ingredients: 
2 cups bread flour (250g)
3 tbsp sugar (40g)
1 tbsp + 2 tsp sweetened condensed milk (25g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 tsp active dry yeast (4g)
3/4 cup warm milk (180ml)
1.5 tbsp unsalted butter (20g)

Instructions :
1. Mix flour, sugar, condensed milk, salt, yeast, and milk until combined.  

2. Knead until smooth, then add softened butter and knead until elastic and stretchy.  

3. Let dough rise until doubled in size.  

4. Divide into 5–16 balls, rest for 15 minutes.  

5. Shape into balls, place in a baking pan, and let rise for 30–40 minutes.  

6. Sprinkle flour on top and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.
