🔶Recipe:
1. First of all, soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes. Then, squeeze them up and clean them up.
2. Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Put onion in it and fry until golden.
3. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry until smells.
4. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
5. Now add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. Again, add turmeric powder, salt and garam masala.
6. After this, add soya chunks and mix well. Cook for a few minutes so vegetables and soya can cook well.
7. Right there, wash the rice and clean it with water. Put rice in this mix and mix well.

1. First of all, wash green moong and soak in water for 30 minutes. Take it again.
2. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes and then take it.
3. Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker. Pour onions and fry until golden.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until smells.
5. Add green chillies and fry for two to three minutes.
6. Now, add soaked moong and rice. Mix lightly and fry for two to three minutes.
7. Add turmeric and salt. Then, add water and mix well with ghee or oil.
8. Pressure cooker lid and cook on medium flame until 2-3 cities come. Then slow down the fire and let cook for 10 minutes.
9. Turn off the gas. If the pressure is out, open the lid.
10. Add hot masala, green coriander and mint leaves on top. Mix up well.
11. Hot green moong casserole is ready. Serve it with green coriander.

- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Chopped green coriander - for decoration
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (optional)

🔶Material:
- Basmati rice - 1 cup
- milk - 2 cups
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Chinese - 3-4 tablespoons (by taste)
- ghee or oil - 2 tablespoons
- chopped papaya ( almond, cashew, raisin) - 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- saffron threads - little (optional)

4. If the milk starts boiling, add rice in it. Cover up the slow flame.
5. When the rice is cooked and the milk is a little thicker, add cardamom powder and saffron threads.
6. Mix casserole well and let it cook on slow flame until rice is completely cooked and milk dries.
7. Finally, pour roasted meve and mix lightly.
8. Hot sweet casserole is ready. Serve it with green cardamom.
