Guava Chutney

🌿 Guava Chutney (Rich in Vitamin C & Antioxidants) 

Ingredients:
- Ripe Guava – 1 large (chopped)
- Fresh Coriander Leaves – ½ cup (tightly packed)
- Fresh Mint Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies – 2 to 3 (adjust to spice level)
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Garlic Cloves – 2 to 3
- Black Salt – ½ tsp
- Regular Salt – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Water - as required

Preparation Method:
1. Wash and roughly chop the guava (keep seeds if tender, remove if hard).
2. In a blender, add guava, coriander, mint, green chilies, cumin seeds, and garlic.
3. Add black salt, regular salt, sugar, and lemon juice.
4. Grind into a slightly coarse paste (do not make it too smooth).
5. Adjust seasoning if required.

✅ Healthy Guava Chutney is ready!
Pairs well with snacks, rotis, parathas, chaats, and rice dishes.
