- 1 pound fruit about 5 cups, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar, to taste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, add more if needed
Instructions:
1. In a pan, mix the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Mash the fruit as it cooks.
2. Once the sugar dissolves, turn the heat to high. Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
3. Pour into 2 clean jars and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
Enjoy it on toast, as a snack, or on desserts!
