gun Powder

๐Ÿ”ฅ Andhra Style Gun Powder (Gunpowder) / Kari Powder Recipe

๐ŸŒฟ Ingredients (Ingredients):

๐ŸŒถ️ Dry Red Peppers - 12-15

๐ŸŒฑ Chana lentils - 1/2 cup

๐ŸŒฑ Udad lentils - 1/2 cup

๐ŸŒฟ Sesame seeds - 2 large spoons

๐ŸŒฟ Cumin - 1 small spoon

๐ŸŒฟ Fenugreek Grains - 1/2 small spoon

๐ŸŒฟ curry leaf - 12-15

๐Ÿง„ Garlic - 4-5 buds (optional)

Om salt - to taste

๐Ÿ›ข️ Oil - 1 small spoon (for frying)

๐Ÿœ Recipe (Method):

1. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Add light oil into a pan.

2. ๐ŸŒฑ First fry the gram lentils and udad lentils in it until golden.

3. ๐ŸŒถ️ Now fry for 1-2 minutes with red pepper, fenugreek, cumin and curry leaves.

4. ๐ŸŒฟ Fry the mole separately.

5. ๐Ÿง„ Bake the garlic light (if you want to pour).

6. ๐ŸŒฌ️ Cool all the spices and grind Dardara in the mixer.

7. ๐Ÿง‚ Mix salt and fill the airtight box.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Sprinkle with ghee ๐Ÿงˆ or oil ๐Ÿ›ข️ on idli/dosa.
๐Ÿ‘‰ If you put ghee on hot rice ๐Ÿš and eat it then the fun is doubled.
