- 3 tbsp sweet corn, 3 tbsp cabbage
- ½ cup cornflour slurry (2 tsp cornflour + ½ cup water)
- ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed pepper
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

Preparation:
1. Boil vegetable scraps with 5 cups water + ½ tsp salt for 15 mins → strain → broth ready.
2. Heat oil, sauté ginger, garlic, and onion.
3. Add carrot, capsicum, sweet corn → cook 3 mins.
4. Pour prepared broth, simmer 5 mins, then add cabbage.
5. Stir in cornflour slurry, cook till thick.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with spring onion.
