🍬 Homemade Biotin Laddu Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour (adds fiber & nutrients)
½ cup jaggery (grated or powdered) (natural iron source)
¼ cup almonds (biotin for hair growth)
¼ cup walnuts (Omega-3 for scalp health)
2 tbsp flaxseeds (boosts skin glow & hair shine)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (strengthens roots)
2–3 tbsp ghee (for binding & flavor)
Method
1. Roast nuts & seeds
Dry roast almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds separately on low flame until fragrant.
Let them cool, then coarsely grind (keep slightly chunky for texture).
2. Roast flour
In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee and roast the whole wheat flour on low flame until golden brown and aromatic.
3. Prepare jaggery syrup
In another pan, melt grated jaggery with 1–2 tbsp water until it forms a sticky syrup (don’t overcook).
4. Mix everything
Add the roasted flour, ground nuts, and seeds into the jaggery syrup.
Mix well while warm so everything binds together.
5. Shape laddus
Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape small round laddus.
Let them cool and set.
