1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:

Whisk eggs, then add condensed milk until smooth.
Fold in flour and mix to form a lump-free batter.
Pour into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cumin seeds
- Rock Sugar1/4 Cup
- 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Amchur
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- Salt, to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

1. Dry roast cumin and black pepper and fennel seeds until fragrant. Add ginger powder amchut and grind into a powder with rock sugar.
2. Blend water, mint leaves, jaljeera powder, 
3. Strain the mixture and discard solids.
4. Chill the jaljeera in the refrigerator.
5. Serve with ice cubes and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
