Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cumin seeds
- Rock Sugar1/4 Cup
- 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Amchur
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- Salt, to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Dry roast cumin and black pepper and fennel seeds until fragrant. Add ginger powder amchut and grind into a powder with rock sugar.
