Recipe to make:
1. Spice frying:
Light golden fry with dry coriander, cumin, fennel, mustard and dry red pepper in a pan. Keep in mind that the spice doesn't burn.
2. Grinding the spice:
Grind the roasted spices in mixi or grinder and make powder after cooling.
3. The final mix:
Now add red pepper powder, turmeric powder, hing and dry curry leaves.
4. To store:
Put ready spice in airtight jar. This spice stays safe for months.
