🍹 How to Make (1 serving):
🔴 Red Smoothie:
½ beetroot, ½ apple, 1 soaked prune
½ cup water, 1 tsp soaked chia
🟠 Orange Smoothie:
1 carrot, ½ orange, ½ banana
1 tsp flaxseed, ½ cup plant milk
🟢 Green Smoothie:
½ cup spinach, ½ green apple
1 soaked date, ½ lemon juice, 1 cup water
Blend each combo fresh in the morning.

Rotate colors daily. Always soak seeds/prunes 6–8 hrs in advance.
