1️⃣ Palak Paneer
Ingredients:
Spinach, paneer cubes, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, cumin seeds, garam masala, cream, oil/ghee, salt
Method:
Blanch spinach and blend smooth. Sauté cumin, onion, ginger-garlic. Add tomatoes & spices. Mix spinach puree and paneer. Add cream, simmer, serve hot.

2️⃣ Sarson ka Saag
Ingredients:
Mustard greens, spinach, bathua, onion, ginger-garlic, maize flour, green chilli, butter, salt
Method:
Boil greens and grind coarse. Cook onion & ginger-garlic. Add greens and maize flour. Slow cook till thick. Finish with butter.

3️⃣ Methi Sabzi
Ingredients:
Fresh fenugreek leaves, potato, onion, tomato, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli, oil, salt
Method:
Wash methi and remove bitterness. Sauté cumin & onion. Add potato, tomato, spices. Add methi, cook on low flame.
