According to the post, here are 8 types of snake-repelling plants:

1. Tiger Tongue Plant
2. Flying Plant (Holly Plant)
3. Chrysanthemum
4. Marigolds
5. Wormwood
6. Basil
7. Garlic
8. Lemongrass

These plants are believed to repel snakes due to their strong scents, sharp leaves, or chemical compositions.
Snake plants (Sansevieria) can be easily propagated through several methods:

# 1. Leaf Cuttings
Cut off a healthy leaf from the mother plant, allow it to dry for 1-3 days to form a callus, and then plant it in well-draining soil. Keep the soil moist and warm until roots develop.

# 2. Division
Divide the mother plant by separating the rhizomes (thick underground stems) into smaller sections, each with at least one growing leaf. Replant the sections in well-draining soil.

# 3. Pups (Offsets)
Snake plants produce small plants or "pups" around the base of the mother plant. Wait until the pup is at least 2-4 inches tall, then carefully remove it from the mother plant and pot it in well-draining soil.

# 4. Rhizome Cuttings
Cut sections of the rhizome (about 2-3 inches long) from the mother plant, allow them to dry for 1-3 days, and then plant them in well-draining soil.

# 5. Water Propagation
Place leaf cuttings or rhizome sections in a glass of water. Roots will develop within 1-3 weeks. Once roots appear, transfer the cutting to well-draining soil.

These methods are relatively easy and have high success rates. Make sure to provide the new plants with bright, indirect light and proper care.
