Ingredients:
- ¾ cup milk (200ml)
- ⅓ cup milk powder (40g)
- 1½ tbsp sugar substitute (20g)
- ⅔ cup heavy cream (160ml)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (8g)
- ¾ cup dark chocolate, chopped (120g)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Steps:
1. Combine milk, milk powder, heavy cream, cornstarch, and sugar substitute in a saucepan.
2. Stir constantly over low heat, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
3. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 3 hours until fully set.
4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler until smooth.
5. Unmold the frozen milk bites, dip each into the melted chocolate, and return to the freezer until the coating is firm.
